Blending

Hesco/Dakota Organic Products recently installed a stainless steel double ribbon blender. This equipment will allow us to provide a variety of multi grain blends for various applications. The equipment is certified for Food Grade organic and conventional products. We take great care in processing each batch to exacting standards to meet your specifications.

Hesco currently blends numerous multi-grain whole pet food blends, bakery blends, cereal and prepared food blends.

These blends can be for whole grain, milled grains or a combination of the two. Our roller mill is an integrated part of our system allowing us to easily meet your standards.

Blending of the grains at our facility allows you to maximize your production by reducing valuable receiving, storage and your own blending times. We are able to ship your blended products in bulk, totes or 50 lb bags.
